Bleacher Rentals is North America’s leading provider of mobile and portable bleacher rentals for events of all sizes. Founded by event organizers who couldn’t find safe, affordable seating for their own event, we built the company we wished existed — reliable, code-compliant bleachers delivered and installed by people who truly understand live events.

Our Story

Bleacher Rentals began in 2018 while planning our own annual rodeo event. Like many event organizers, we faced a familiar challenge: finding safe, professional bleachers at a reasonable cost. Options were limited, pricing was high, and reliability was inconsistent.

So we did what event people do; we solved the problem ourselves.

We purchased our first mobile bleachers for our own use and quickly realized that other local events were facing the same challenge. If we needed safe, affordable seating, others clearly did too. What started as a practical solution quickly grew into a business built around safety, value, and reliability.

Our Growth

From One Event to a
North American Provider

Today, Bleacher Rentals supports events across Canada and the United States, providing seating solutions for festivals, rodeos, sporting events, schools, municipalities, and large-scale community gatherings.

Our growth has been driven by one simple principle: deliver safe, professional seating while making the rental process easy for busy event organizers.

Key Milestones

  • 2018 Founded Bleacher Rentals with four mobile bleachers, serving local events.
  • 2019 Expanded across Ontario, supporting approximately 100 events, and entered the U.S. market starting in Florida.
  • 2021 Expanded into Oklahoma and Texas.
  • 2022 Doubled our fleet size to meet demand across both Canada and the United States.
  • 2023–Today Grown to over 60 mobile bleachers with continued expansion, including Arizona.
  • 2025 Served over 400 events across North America!
