Are you insured?

Yes. Bleacher Rentals carries liability insurance, as well as coverage for damage, fire, and theft related to our equipment.

Delivery, Setup & Logistics

How do your mobile bleachers work?

Our bleachers are built onto trailers that are delivered to your event site using a pickup truck.

Once positioned:

  1. trailer jacks are lowered
  2. the bleacher structure unfolds hydraulically
  3. handrails are installed
  4. the unit is secured for spectator use

This design allows for fast, professional installation.

How long does setup take?

Most bleacher units can be fully installed in approximately 15–30 minutes per set, depending on site conditions.

Teardown typically takes a similar amount of time.

Do you deliver and install the bleachers?

Yes. Our trained drivers handle delivery, setup, and teardown to ensure the bleachers are installed safely and correctly.

Can the bleachers be moved after setup?

Bleachers should not be moved once installed unless arrangements have been made in advance.

If your event requires relocation during the event, our team can coordinate this safely.

Can I pick up the bleachers myself?

In most cases our team delivers and installs the units. In some situations, a professionally insured driver may transport units while our crew performs the installation onsite.

Site Requirements & Placement

Can bleachers be installed indoors?

Yes. Bleachers can be placed inside buildings such as arenas or convention centers, provided there is sufficient access through doors and adequate ceiling clearance.

Do bleachers require a building permit?

In many locations permits are not required because mobile bleachers are engineered temporary structures.

However, some municipalities or indoor venues may require permits or fire safety approvals. Always check with your local building department if you are unsure.

Can bleachers be placed on grass?

Yes. Bleachers can be installed on grass or other soft surfaces.

If the ground is soft, plywood or other support materials may be placed under the trailer jacks to distribute weight and protect the ground.

Can bleachers be placed on sand?

Yes, but this requires advance planning. Hard-packed sand typically works well, but softer sand may require subflooring or additional equipment during installation.
