Playoff runs and championship games. Attendance spikes the moment a team makes the playoffs. One game’s notice is sometimes all the warning you get. We can deliver, set up, and have seating ready for your crowd on short notice.

When children are in the stands, the stakes around bleacher safety go up. We build our bleachers to meet the International Building Code standard — but a few specific features matter more in a school context than anywhere else.
The 4-inch gap rule The IBC requires that no opening in a bleacher structure allows a 4-inch sphere to pass through. This rule exists specifically to protect young children from falling through gaps between rows, footboards, and side panels. Every Bleacher Rentals unit meets this standard. If you can fit a 4-inch ball through your current bleachers anywhere above 30 inches off the ground, they are not code compliant.
Vertical spindles on side and back rails Horizontal rails with wide gaps between them are common on older bleachers — and they are a climbing hazard for kids. Our bleachers are built with vertical spindles that prevent climbing on the exterior of the structure while still providing the required guardrail protection for parents and spectators.
Proper railings at height Side and back rails are required on any bleacher section more than 30 inches above the ground, and must be a minimum of 42 inches high. These protect spectators — particularly adults standing at the back of upper rows — from falls off the side or rear of the structure.
Safe, accessible stairs Every unit includes proper stairs meeting IBC width and rise requirements, with handrails. No climbing up the end of a plank to find a seat.

We can set up six bleacher units — enough seating for approximately 1,800 people — in around two hours with a small crew. For most school events, that means delivery and setup can happen the morning of the event without disrupting your school day. We handle delivery, setup, and teardown. Single event rental. One game, one graduation ceremony, one tournament day. If you have a specific event that needs more seating than your facility provides, we can cover it without a long-term commitment.
Short-term rental. A playoff run, a multi-day tournament, or a two-week festival of games. We can have units on site for as long as you need them.
Full season rental. Some schools and athletic associations bring us in at the start of the season and keep the bleachers on site through to the final game. For programs that consistently draw crowds beyond their permanent capacity, this is often the most practical and cost-effective approach.
Our mobile bleacher units work indoors and outdoors. Whether you are seating a crowd for a gymnasium tournament, an outdoor championship game, or a graduation held on the practice field, the same equipment works for both settings.
For indoor events, we account for ceiling clearance and floor protection. For outdoor events, we can handle a wide range of terrain and surface conditions.
