We started Bleacher Rentals because we saw a need in the market for safe and affordable mobile bleachers when we were planning our own event. Our mission is uniting communities, by providing events with safe, quality bleachers, at the best price possible.

We currently host and promote our own yearly rodeo event, so we know the importance of keeping event costs as low as possible, while hiring safe and reliable contractors to help make a successful event. One of our biggest challenges when we began was to find affordable and safe bleachers to rent. As a result, we decided to purchase a few mobile bleachers that we could use, and rent out to other local events; If we needed it, others must too.
In spring 2018, we started Bleacher Rentals, and quickly learned that there was a huge need in the market for safe, reliable mobile bleachers. We are proud to be the largest and fastest-growing mobile bleacher rental company in North America.
Bleacher Rentals provides an exceptional product, matched with fantastic customer service. Our mobile bleachers are safe, look professional, and we can set up in only 15 minutes per unit! We understand how busy and stressful events are, so we try to keep things simple for you!

We ran our first rodeo, and realized the challenge of renting quality seats at an affordable price.
The year of “research”, where Mike got obsessed with learning everything about bleachers, and Krista didn't ever want to hear about bleachers again!
We purchased our very first mobile bleacher!
The old farm truck was maxed out!
We began “Bleacher Rentals” with 4 mobile bleachers, servicing local events as a “side business”.
In 2019, we grew to 11 bleachers and serviced about 100 events in Ontario.
After providing bleachers to a Toronto Maple Leafs event in Toronto, we realized the demand for high-quality mobile bleachers was really out there!
Now that we had a small fleet of bleachers, we wanted to find them something to do in the winter months.
In September 2019, we sent 3 bleachers to Florida to test the waters.
In 2020, we grew to 22 bleachers to service the Florida market.
Then, we relaxed for a bit as live events paused... but luckily, not for too long in Florida!
As live events started to open back up, we opened locations in Oklahoma and Texas.
Ontario events finally returned!
We had to double our rental fleet to keep all our US events and also service the Ontario ones.
We have grown to 64 mobile bleachers, and are expanding into Arizona.
