Bleacher Rentals is a growing company in need of an additional full-time Jr Account Manager to join our team. We rent high-quality mobile bleachers to events like fairs, rodeos, sporting events, and more.

We’re looking for someone with ambition, drive, and a team-first attitude who’s ready to dive into the exciting world of bleacher rentals.

Bleacher Rentals believes in a “TEAM” mentality and the candidate must be willing to work closely with the entire team to help make sales run efficiently.

The Jr Account Manager is responsible for completing tasks including, but not limited to:

-Lead generation
-Contacting leads by phone and/or email to rent mobile bleachers
-Manage new and existing rental accounts: quoting, customer support, organizing delivery, etc.
-Using Hubspot and company email for CRM, sales and email marketing
-Additional duties may be assigned, depending on candidates’ skill set

Skills required:

– Positive attitude; Growth-minded & willing to learn
– Bilingual in English (written and spoken) & French

– Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Minimum High-school diploma

Assets:

– Experience using Aircall (or other VOIP phone system)
– Experience using Hubspot (or other CRM software)
– Knowledge of Google sheets / workplace
